How does a family constellation work?
First, together we define the 'players' who play a role in the topic you want to solve. Every player gets his or her place in the field. Then we empathise in each player's position. We hear the player's opinion and gain insight into their view and vision. This can be very refreshing and surprising, but also confronting.
This is where many constellations stop, but where I - together with my resident representatives Annelies and Nicole - continue. Together, we look at how to transform or integrate patterns, blockages and beliefs. During the session, we resolve this with you. We clear blockages and stuck emotions and remove (often unspoken) fields of tension.
